I downloaded this free sample 3D image from the vectorart3d.com website and used their free software to write the program to cut it on my router.

I scaled it to 4 inches wide and about 3 inches high.

The roughing pass was done with a 3/16" ball mill along the x-axis.  The finish cut was done with a 3/32" ball mill using .0056" step-over between passes with a .010" depth of cut and ran at 30-degrees to the part. The finish program had just over 27,000 lines of code and ran in about 55 minutes at a
feed rate of 30 inches/minute.
This is the best image I could get.  The surface finish will require virtually no sanding or hand work.
